All of our portraits are digitally created; we do not offer hand-painted artwork. This digital approach allows us to make modifications when necessary, and ensures we can accurately and precisely recreate your home and memories in the artwork.

How to Order:

1. Select the desired size from the dropdown options.
2. Enter any personalization text in the "Add your personalization" section.
3. After placing the order, please upload your photo through the online website chat, and contact us via the online website chat for the quickest response. I will see your order and information first this way. If needed, you can also reach out via email (zemstudioshop@gmail.com), Facebook, or WhatsApp. (For best results, please upload a high-resolution photo.)
4. Within 1-3 days, I will send you a digital preview of your portrait for review/approval, and make up to 3 revisions based on your feedback. I will do my best to balance the style with your likeness to ensure you are completely satisfied.
5. Once you approve the preview, we will print your order and send it to you. If you choose the digital version, you will receive a 300 dpi file via email, which you can print at home or use an external printing service (e.g., Walgreens, OfficeMax, Walmart, etc.).

Adding additional figures or elements beyond the photo will incur extra charges.

Canvas Print

• Your portrait will be directly printed onto high-quality poly-cotton canvas using archival inks, and stretched over 0.75" solid pinewood stretcher bars.
• Ready to hang, making it the perfect décor choice for your home.
• Ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, offices, hotels, bathrooms, dining rooms, kitchens, bars, and more.

Digital Files

• No physical products will be shipped; all files will be sent via email.
• Printing materials or items are not included.
• Please note that colors on the screen may differ from the printed colors, as each printer is different.

Printing Recommendations

• Use bright white cardstock paper.
• Print with the highest quality settings.
• Print at 100% of the original size.

Return & Exchange Policy:

• We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
• If you wish to cancel, a cancellation fee of $10-$15 will apply, depending on the time spent working on your portrait.
• Damaged canvases will be replaced upon receiving proof of the damage.
• Due to the nature of the product, refunds are not accepted unless an error occurred during the creation process. Please ensure you understand and read the product descriptions thoroughly, as failure to understand the nature of the product does not guarantee a refund.
