Shipping policy

Please follow the shipping timeline provided at checkout as the final expected delivery schedule. For most orders, we usually complete them within one to two weeks. We sometimes also offer a queue-jump option.

All orders usually require 2–5 days for production and dispatch. During promotional periods, this time may be slightly extended.

Estimated shipping times:

Within the United States: U.S. orders are usually delivered within 1–2 weeks. However, orders placed during the holiday period may encounter longer transit times, up to 3 weeks.

United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and Europe: We expect orders to be delivered within 2–4 weeks from the purchase date. During peak holidays, you may experience longer transit times, up to 5 weeks.

We provide free worldwide shipping for all orders over US $100.
For orders under US $100, we charge a flat shipping fee of US $9.50 to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European countries.

Note:
If there is an issue with your order (for example, a new pet photo is needed), this will naturally extend your production time.

We also send a proof to every customer and request approval before printing. The faster you approve, the sooner we can ship! All orders include tracking information, and once available, you will receive your tracking number via email.
During the holiday season (November/December), our carriers see a surge in parcel volume—please expect longer delivery times.

Please note:
• We occasionally offer a “skip-the-queue” artwork-creation service. This option speeds up your artwork creation by moving your pet photo to the front of the artist queue, but it does not speed up the carrier’s shipping time.
• If your order requires new photos, please understand this will naturally extend production time.
• Customers have up to 3 days (72 hours) to approve their artwork proof. If we do not receive your response within 72 hours, we will automatically approve and print your order.
