How to order?

1. Choose your customization options
Select the number of subjects (including pets), and your preferred size and format: framed print, digital canvas, or printable file.
If you'd like to add a background, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.

2. Submit your photo and order details
Upload your photo via our website, or send it to zemstudioac@gmail.com or WhatsApp, 

• Your order number or full name
• A clear reference photo (main image for the portrait)
• Customization details: any text (names, quotes), font preferences, or additional photos. Please specify which image is the main reference.

3. Review your preview draft
Within 1 business day after receiving your photo, we will send you a preview of your artwork.

4. Request edits & confirm
We offer unlimited revisions to make sure you're 100% satisfied.
Reply to the preview email with any changes. Once approved, we’ll proceed with the final production and delivery. 

Shipping Information

• Physical items: Shipped within 1 business day after order confirmation

• Digital orders: Delivered via email with a preview and Google Drive download link

• Canvas and large-format prints (e.g. A1, 20x30in, 30x40in): Shipping may be delayed by 1–3 business days
